With over 20 years' experience in Team Building and Corporate Entertainment, Arena Training has been developed to provide clients with bespoke Training, Teambuilding and Leadership courses where results can be quantified and the value of these investments shown.

We design and deliver the appropriate tailor made courses having liaised closely with the client on their objectives, concerns and required final outcomes. No course is "picked off the shelf”.

We put into practice what is learned in the classroom – Research shows that only 7% is retained if the receiver just sits and listens but over 60% is learned and remembered if the theory is put into practice.

Our expert trainers are not only leaders in their fields but have been involved in business in their own right. Not only can they "Talk the Talk” but they have "Walked the Walk”

All clients are required to write an agreed action plan of how they will put into practice the lessons learned on the course. They will have something that can be measurable back in the workplace.

With a better understanding of individual and team needs, the appropriate course work can be planned and implemented saving the client both time and money. Post course testing can be used to show improvements and gains.

Post Course follow ups, either by phone or with a half day visit to the client’s offices, will ensure that action plans are being followed and any further training requirements are identified.

Whatever the weather, Arena’s purpose built facilities are available for individuals and groups to practice what they have learned and develop further skills. There is also a wide range of challenging and fun indoor Tasks for those who prefer a more gentle approach.

24 hours with experienced Instructors on the Arena site learning and practising new skills is a great way of building and developing new teams as well as fine tuning Leadership skills away from the normal work environment.

Our on site Conference and Training Rooms are ideally situated only a 2 minute walk from the main Team Tasks and Outdoor Pursuits area, easily accessible for feedback and reflection.

We are able to cater for groups to include soup and sandwiches, buffets, hot meals and barbecues.
