Arrive at Arena Training Centre |

Morning: |
Indoor introduction to Survival Course and reiteration of learning points. Orienteer to survival site. |

Survival: |
Shelter building, firewood gathering, fire lighting, food preparation, cooking. Night exercise. |

Day 2: |
|
|
06.30: |
Preparation for breakfast, camp breakdown. Orienteer back to Training Centre. |
|
11.00: |
Indoor session |
|
Lunch: |
On Site |
|
Afternoon: |
Indoor Theory Session followed by review and debrief plus agreed written action plan on how to take the learning and skills gained back into the workplace |

Prior to the Course:
Telephone discussion with client to gain a deeper understanding of goals, conflicts and strengths in the team and
Online Psychometric Assessments |

Post Course:
Telephone follow up with feedback and ensure that agreed action plan is being followed |

Prior to the Course:
½ day visit to the client's location (within 80 miles of Arena Training) to gain a deeper understanding of goals, conflicts and strengths in the team and
Online Psychometric Assessments |

Post Course:
½ day follow up at the client’s or mutually convenient location with feedback and ensure that agreed action plan is being followed |
