Day 1:

09.00:

 Arrive at Arena Training Centre

Morning:

 Indoor session with Arena Trainer including on-line Psychometric Assessments

Lunch:

On Site

Afternoon:

 Introduction to the 00.7 Bond Day (World Domination) + 2 Outdoor Tasks

Evening:

 Dinner Bed and Breakfast at Dale Hill Hotel or equivalent with an early evening review of day
Day 2:

Morning:

 Practical Leadership and Team Tasks with the Bond scenarios

Lunch:

 On Site

Afternoon:

 Practical Leadership and Team Tasks with the Bond scenarios followed by review and debrief plus agreed written action plan on how to take the learning and skills gained back into the workplace
 
Food and refreshments are included in the price.
 
World Domination - 00.7 Bond Day Scenarios include:
  • Quad Practice – learning a new skill, conquering fear
  • Quadraker – map reading, radio procedures, research and compilation of answers against the clock, people and time management
  • Swamp Crossing – teamwork, project management, leadership, communication skills, goal setting
  • Licence to Kill – development of personal skills
  • Oddjob’s Bowler – teamwork, planning, project management and task implementation against the clock
  • Q’s Conundrum – teamwork, leadership, people and time management, goal setting
  • Great Chase – learning and fine tuning new skills, motivation, conquering fear
  • Search and Destroy Mission (planning) – teamwork, project and time management, leadership

Prior to the Course:
Telephone discussion with client to gain a deeper understanding of goals, conflicts and strengths in the team and
Online Psychometric Assessments

Post Course:
Telephone follow up with feedback and ensure that agreed action plan is being followed

Option B

Prior to the Course:
½ day visit to the client's location (within 80 miles of Arena Training) to gain a deeper understanding of goals, conflicts and strengths in the team and
Online Psychometric Assessments

Post Course:
½ day follow up at the client’s or mutually convenient location with feedback and ensure that agreed action plan is being followed
