Unmissable offer! Up to £1000 to put towards training to develop leadership skills

Funded by Train to Gain’s Leadership & Management programme Available to companies in the South East with 5-250 staff: Up to £500 grant for owner managers, company directors Up to £500 (match-funded) grant for any senior manager or the senior management team £1000 maximum funding available per company This money can be put towards one or a combination of training solutions: Training programmes Workshops Online training Bespoke/tailored training options Peer learning Business mentoring/coaching Train to Gain funding is subject to eligibility and availability.

As part of the application process, a qualified and experienced Leadership & Management adviser will provide you with a complimentary, tailored Personal Development Plan – to ensure you have the best solution for your needs. If you would like us to provide the training for you, just let your adviser know.

All training must have started and the grant claimed within 90 days of the grant being approved. All grants are exclusive of VAT.

• Businesses and Charities with between 5 – 250 paid staff
• Any Management or Leadership Development
• Management from top to bottom i.e. Senior Directors to front line/shop floor employees

Train to Gain Funding is available to Private, Franchise, Public and Voluntary  Bodies. Unpaid volunteers and trustees may also be eligible subject to the usual criteria.

The first £500 does not have to be matched funded and you are able to spend it on any of the Arena Training Leadership and Management Courses.

Please Note: Previous beneficiaries of Business Leader funding are not eligible to apply, although another beneficiary within the same company may be eligible providing they are in a strategic role.

Example:

Company A book a team building workshop for their senior management team, including the CEO/MD. The total cost for the one day session is £2500. Because both their business leader and members of the strategic management team are involved in the training, and they have applied for the Leadership and Management Grant prior to starting their training, they are able to reclaim £1000 of the costs, reducing their expenditure to £1500.

At the end of the Course/s Train to Gain will want to assess outcome of the training and you will have to claim the funding within 90 days.
